Business Server Page (BSP) error

Hi,

When I click on "Personalization" in the Alert Inbox of Runtime Workbench, I get the following error:

" Business Server Page (BSP) error

Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error "

what might be the reason for this?

Please check in the corresponding backend system (the ERP) for errors (SM21, ST22 etc.)

Thanks for the quick responce.

I found the solution from this wiki: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/XI/Problemswithalertsubscriptionand+ALERTPERSONALIZE_RULES

Had to unlock ALERTPERSONALIZE_RULES and ALERTSUBSCRIPTION by running the BSP_UNLOCK_LONG_APP report.
