GP tasks in runtime not appearing in UWL

Hi,

We have tasks pending for action in GP runtime while the same is not appearing in UWL,

Please provide some lead.

    Hello Saket,

    This issue is not straight forward to troubleshoot without knowing your environment.

    If your Guided Procedures tasks are remote to your UWL, you will need to create a portal system object for the remote system and use this system alias as the GP connector. The help link details this:

    If your GP is local to your UWL, I suggest deleting the GP connector in the UWL Administration page and recreating this. Make sure the GP connector is then in an active state.

    The other thing to note is, if the GP tasks are older then 120 days, for performance reasons these will not be pulled into the UWL. You should then check if newly created tasks are appearing in the UWL.
