Check in LL01 for any open Trs & TOs and clear them off.

You may need to do physical inventory to balance out after warehouse activity monitor

check the stock in Inventory storage location and ware house storage location. It seems the missing stock in wm you are able to see in IM level the storage location is not relevent to ware house level. If you are looking same storage location in both inventory and WM level then you need to carry out Physical inventory to match the stocks.

It is not the plant that is linked to a warehouse, only the combination of plant and storage location is linked to a warehouse.

So there might be a storage location in your plant which is not warehouse managed, hence you cannot find the quantity of this location in LS24.

The link between plant / storage location combination and a warehouse can be seen in table T320

      Hi Nick,

I was laready read the J's post,He is right,i was already checked all this thing.

What is the actual issue is right now ware house level stock is 17 and plant level stock is 33?

When i am going to create 122 movement type there is negative quantity will create at ware house level?

this is happening due to configuratrion,in configuration for 122 movement type system is not allow to create transfer requirement.so that system will create negative quantity.

How i remove negative quantity from the ware house?

Is it any process to remove this quantity from the ware house.

system can not find this difference from LX23 transaction.is there any other transaction to remove this negative quantity.

      Thanks

      Dev

    Hi,

Check the stock in Inventory storage location and ware house storage location.

It is not the plant that is linked to a warehouse, only the combination of plant and storage location is linked to a warehouse.

So there might be a storage location in your plant which is not warehousing managed, hence you cannot find the quantity of this location in LS24.

Please Check Using LL01 and make sure you will find

    Unconfirmed Transfer Orders

    Open transfer requirements

    Open posting change notices

    Critical deliveries

    Negative stocks

    Interim storage stock, without movement

    Critical stocks for production supply
