Create PDF after FI Document Posting

Hello Guru's,

We are trying to post FI Documents from Excel using the BAPI,"BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST" which almost performs like FB01.

Here after successful posting of document we want to create a PDF file and store it in application server and archieve the document as well.

Please let us know how to create PDF file and store it in application server.

dear Shreyanash,

you can use RSTXPDFT4 to convert any document into pdf in sap .

in this program you have to give pool request which contain the particular document to be converted to pdf file.

hope this will resolve your requirement.

Hi ,

The BAPI,"BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST will only post the accounting document.

You should take help of an ABAP consultant to create the PDF documents. I am pretty sure that this is possible. We have done the same for EBS related postings.
