Report MC.A shows GI and GR including 321 movements: Reg

Hi all,

Using SAP 4.70: In report MC.A, Goods receipts and Issues shown include movement 321+&-. Which in turn shows stock movement on higher side.

*Key figures: NoValStckIssues & ValStckIssValue and No.val stk rcpt & ValStckRecValue*

Please advice, if any configuration is requried to rectify the same.

Also Is their any other T.Code similar to MC.A to list monthwise/datewise GR ans GI.

Hi

See Note 1597097 - Incorrect data in info structures or standard analyses. Other useful note related with LIS is Note 491519 - Standard analyses - Transaction codes and reports, to know relation between tcodes MC*, reports and tables.

Use tcode MB51 to know movements related with a MM mov, plant, material and so on , but if your table MSEG is huge, perhaps you will have problems in performance.

Thanks for your reply. Let me check the given SAP notes.

Since Valuated goods receipts/issues includes 321 movements. Kindly clarify, whether this specific field in info structure can be configured to capture the given movement types related movements only. If so advice, how to do the same. Such that I get the required values in the infostructure.
