Installation of Add-on ST-A/PI Rel.01M_ECC600 : Import of the queue

Hi,

I am getting the following error "HALT: Internal storage of source not possible. Needed memory (>=1000000) greater than available space (100000). Please contact." It happens in the Import_proper Phase. I am unable to reverse the import as it already in the import_proper phase. Can any one tell me how to resolve this issue.
