Automatic GR

Dear all,

I am having for phases 20,30,40 and 50. I have given PI01 as control key with automatic GR checked, but system is showing only GI ie 261 into consideration. How can i do automatic GR for the 50th operation.

Assume it is not a co-product, if so you can not GR it in COR6N, It needs MIGO/101.

Hi,

For the fifth operation related work center change the control key as PI03

even if it does not works then in the work scheduling view assign Production schedule profile 0001 and check.

Dear all,

If i remove the reference indicator the control keys in the master recipe vil be deleted to which the finished products are assigned. So how vil i mass change like for the last operation PI03 should be assgned and for the rest PI01 should be used..???

Hi,

just remove the Reference indicator in resources, the operation or phased in recipe already assigned to the resource WILL NOT GET Deleted.

Then you can assign the PI03 for the last operation for the respective recipes.

Dear Karthik,

When reference indicator is removed the operation in the master recipes having the resource will not be having the control key.

i just check removing the reference indicator. We have to then give control key manually for each and every master recipe. Is there any easy way to do this...???

Hi,

Pl check the link, the defaut indicator is only used to default the value in recipe.(it will be grayed out in recipe), if you remove the default indicator in resources, you can chane manually in recipe and it will not delete the control keys in recipe.

Even I have checked in my system.

Assign PI03 for the phase 50 and during the coinfirmation in COR6N for the phase 50, it will do the auto GR.

I am not able to assign pi03 to the last operation, since the system take the control key PI01 as default from the work center.

Hi,

first change the PI01 to PI03 in the operation line it will automatically copied to the phase line. Or remove the RF indicator in the resource CRC2.

Kindly check transaction CRC2 and go to default value tab and un check RefID check box.

but this resource is attached to many master recipes, So how can i mass change this...Do i have to change it manually for all the master recipe...???

Hi,

No need to do mass change, since you are going to remove Reference ID in resource in CRC2.

If you need to assign the PI03 for all the master recipe operations(for all materials), then you need to do mass change. You can use BDC for the same.
