Get all the Organisational Units within an organisational unit.

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to get all organisational units within an organisational unit.

for example if there is an orgunit 5000001 and it had ten child nodes from 5000002- 5000011 and further this organisational unit have there own child nodes. I want to retrieve all the organisational units there child nodes, grand child nodes.

please let me know how to get all this details in an internal table.

Either you can use the above path or the below one

SAP Easy Access --> Informaiton System --> Human Resource --> Reports --> Org Management

You can find many reports under this path.

Org Structure

Org Structure with positions

org Structure with Persons

and many more.

Please go thru them. Definitly your requirement will be fulfilled.

Hi,

Try using Function Module "RH_STRUC_GET" for all the sub org units.

Please give the below inputs in "RH_STRUC_GET" Function Module

OTYPE - O

OBJID - 8digit org unit ID

WEGID - Evaluation Path (o-o or o-s-p, etc)

PLVAR - 01 (says Current Plan Version)

Execute and check the Result table
