I know that this is a complex question, but we are looking to enter a more proactive role and start to track production orders as a whole (instead of when our customer complains). The goal of this is to be able to make sure orders are on track and to identify when orders are starting to get off track. I am looking for any advice on how to proceed or even how to verify that we are set up to do this. All information is welcome (include links if need be).
