Anyone using Qualifications in SAP HCM?

Is anyone out there using Qualifications in SAP HCM and what processes did you use to define and implement the Qualifications?

Hi Natalie

First you need to define Qualification Catalog for your organization

You need to define Objects like Qualification Group (QK)

then link Qualification(Object Type Q) to these Qualification Groups

Use Tcode: OOQA to create the catalog

Qualification Groups attributes are inherited to Qualification.

Assign Q/QK to Position,Job (Relationship A031)

After this profile match up can be done and so on
