Sending Email Attachemnt Issue

Dear Experts,

I checked many threads, but my real issue is when I send email as attachment am getting the header(I mean Header Text) and Item in the same line. I need the Header to be on 1st line and item details under respective fields. But in my Internal table the Entries are populating as i expected but not in email attachment.

Please help me on this!!!
