Error message when creating a Work Center

A new machine was bought recently. When trying to create a new work center with CR01 by copying an equivalent one, an error message appear in tab u201CCostingu201D, saying that u201CActivity Type L003 not set up for cost center 02 13730u201D. How is it possible affect activities the new cost center 13730?
