Manual reservations not getting deleted from APO

Hi ,

As per our business requirement we are CIFing manually created reservation from R/3 to APO. it got CIFed successfully.

Once we put FAINAL ISSUE indicatior in reservation its getting removed from APO.

The issue is some reservations not getting deleted from APO but we set final issue indicatior in R/3 for those reservation & there is NO DELETION FLAG for those reservation.......

i executed CCR but its not detecting those reservations........

what will be the issue?

please implement the note 860312 and you will be able to delete the manual reservations on apo side.

When Final issue indicator is set for reservation in ERP it will not be deleted in APO because this could lead to inconsistent requirements when you cancel the related stock movement for this reservation.

Because of this the only way to delete such reservations in APO is to delete this reservations in ERP with transaction MBVR. You can check note 536971 Reservation reorganization connection to APO for details.

Thanks for your reply. i have seen that OSS note but it seems bit older , means its released for APO 3.0 . but is it applicable even for SCM 5.0 . i am working on SCM 5.0.

Even in SCM 5.0 , APO reservation will be deleted only when we delete all manual reservation by using MBVR ????

Hi Rajesh

The behavior has not changed in the newer releases, the final issue flag will not delete the reservation from APO, but the deletion flag will.
