Not Responding after entering User Name and Password

Hi Expert,

I am using SBO 8.81 PL 04 on Windows server 2008.

On server when I open the SAP client and provide username and password, OS gives Not Responging message for a long time.

When I check the details of OS message, it is as follows.

A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.
