My Scenario for PL is

If Employee Completes 365 Days (PA:0001,PAS:0001,EG1,ESG 1A) He is eligible for 30 Days of Leave which credited and Credition will happen from His date of Joining to End of that Joining calender yesr based on proration

Ex : EE Joins on 01.07.2010 completes one year on 30.06.2011 and in PT60 on 01.07.2011 (30* 0.5 (6months from July 2010 to Dec2010) 15 Days of leave will be creadited from 01.07.2010 to 31.12.2010

For 2011 for the same employee on Jan 1st 2012 (Work done for 2011) 30 days will be credited.

Since this is an earned leave Credition will happen after completing the year (2.5 Days Per Work Month)
