HTMLB Tabstrip: mix of Client and Server Events fails

Hello,

on my htmlb tabstrip I have 4 tabs. Two of them should have only a client event (= no "onSelect" is defined"). The others should have a server event = onSelect is defined. (SAP Web As 6.20 SP 40).

When the Tabstrip is rendered the first time the tabs react as defined: client events on the tabs without the "onselect" and server events on the tabs with the "onselect" defined.

After the first server event was processed all tabs have client events and the server event is not processed anymore.

So, here's my questions:

Is it a bug or a feature?

Can anyone report the same behaviour?

Hallo Bernd,

Bug. I have verified it tonight with sbspext_htmlb/tabstrip.bsp in design2003. Every few cycles tab3 looses it server event. You are correct.

Please route OSS/CSN to us, include design you are using.

Additionally, add a line of text at the top of the message requesting that it be routed directly to my desk. Include a direct link onto this thread as reference.

Hello,

the problem is solved with OSS Note 814890 and the correction can be imported with SNOTE.

Or apply SP 49 if you run 6.20
