Kindly help me How to configure Leave encashment and LTA when Time Management is not implemented?

If is has to be done through IT0267, Then how Tax exemption would take place.

All i want to know what impact it would have if Time management is not implemented?

Both Leave encashment and LTA ha to be treated same ways or their is a different way to treat when time management is not implemented?

Since time management is not implemented in your case, so to proces leave encashment, you have to execute amount manually. Based on said amount, it will process and employee will get exemption & payment (as per defined limit, this you have to define).
