Hi Guys,

One of the our client has the requirement that They want to track the distance of the vehicle and Fuel and also the quantity(How much quantity that the vehicle is taking) for each equipment.

Can you pl help me how i need to proceed step by step to capture all the details like Distance,Fuel & Quantity.

Hi,

For each of ur Fleet equipment , you may have to create measuring points counter as Distance, Fuel, in IE02 and update via IK11 for that measuring points .. , check IFCU - Update of consumption based counters ..

For fleet related u may have to do configs related to Fleet Management under spro -->pm->Master data in Plant Maintenance -->Technical Objects -->Settings for Fleet Management

Here in addition to all configs, for consumption based counter

1.Do Config related to Define Special Measurement positions for Fleet Objects : Here define measurement positions example : DISTANCE , this position u need to use while defining counter in IE02 .

2. Define Calculation method for Fleet consumption values : Here define calculation method which is ration of FUEL Counter by Primary counter & shorter - longer days ... , this calculation menthod u need to define in IE02 and having proper measurement documents in these , thus in IE02 ->Under Vehicle Technology Tab , u have option for Consumption details

With this u can have values calculated like how much fuel is consumed for 100KM

3. Alternatively define configs under Consumption relevant -Counter update , for defining Gas station, direct issue of fuel from store itself ..via IFCU
