2032 error in XCelsius 2008

Need help please

Am trying to develop dashboard using XML DATA.

So erported data from crystal 2008 to XML and using this XML file as a data source.

While am trying to refresh the file

error message "Cannot access external database"

contact file creator or system administrator

error : 2032

connection type: XML

Please help me as so as possible
