deleting a table

when i remove an unused table in SQL enterprise mgr,

the table still exist in the UDF - UDTables; can this be a problem ?

Hi Philippe,

Why don´t you just deleting the tables from SBO? I think SAP doesn´t allow you to change/delete... the database from outside SBO.

You can do it programatically too using UserTablesMD object.

Have a look at the DI API help file.

hey ibai,

yes i thought so, and it was probably wrong to do so. i couldn't delete the udt on the 'manage user fields' screen ... thanks for the tip

YOu cannot delete a UDT when:

- it is referenced in a UDF (regardless whether it has been added to a SAP Business One table or a UDT)

=> Remove the reference to this table in that field first.

- it is referenced in a UDO

Change or delete the UDO.
