extraction using fm

hey pals,

i am planning to extract data from r/3 using function module method.any one here to give me the required steps to be followed?

i have dont the extraction part using views......FY1....

one who is giving me the best answer is getting the reward points asap i see the reply.

I want the exact sequence of steps to be followed.
