XML Parsing error

I have done an SQL upgrade from 2005 to 2008, When I try to login to SAP no company is listed.

My SAP B1 version is 8.81 PL:05

If I change the current server SQL from SQL 2005 to SQL 2008, I am getting the XML Parsing error.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? How to overcome this issue?

Hi,

Make sure you have right version of SQL Native Client.

is your company database and sbo common in the list after you upgrade?

Yes, the databases are listed in the 2008 SQL management studio.

The issue is related to Licensing server. Make sure you enter the correct ip address with the right port such as 30000.

by the licenmanager, you'll find the button 'configure security' you need to fill in the data after you push it.
