How system create automatic delivery in CASH SALES?

there might be a factor behind it.what is that factor?

Hi,

Cash Sales sales doc type is CS,its Doc type has a switch like immediate delivery which will be checked if you have a look at VOV8.

Once you remove it by unchecking it delivery will not be automatically created.Likewise you can set switch for automatic packing and picking in item category.

How system creates delivery automatically?

1. VOV8, CS sales doc type, field "immediate delivery" is activated.

2. VOV8, CS sales doc type, in field "Delivery type" you give BV (or anyother delivery type you have created)

3. In copy control VTLA, you have created CS --> BV (or CS -->Z1BV). This is already created in standard functionality.

Thus when you create CS order in VA01, system shall check 1 and then 2 and 3, and create automatic delivery LF.

But main is point 1, other points are already present in standard functionality.
