Cannot open Web Template

Hi guys,

I have several reporting roles created under PFCG and one role for each functional area. For some reason, I am not able to open the web template under one functional area. But I am able to open/edit the web templates under all the other functional areas. Any reason why this is happening?

Hi Arun,

We checked the role and nothing has been changed for this role recently. Looking into this reporting role, all looks active. What else could it be?

Hi,

Please check the Role authorization for that functional area. Basically 0FUNC_LOC and its associated authorization object.
