Identify SAP Production Systems (from Business suite systems)

Hello,

We have these systems.

DEV, QAS, TRN, CMS and PRD

I received a message from SAP mentioning;

According to our records, you currently have 5 SAP Business Suite systems. 2 of these are production systems

pl, help me to identify what are the SAP Business Suite systems they are talking about.

Is it DEV,QAS,TRN,CMS and PRD ?

what are the 2 production systems? Since we have only 1 PRD

(Is CMS also treated as a production system )

Kindly guide me to clarify the above message

regards,

Zerandib

    Hi,

The SAP Business Suite 7 comprises: EHP4 for SAP ERP 6.0, SAP CRM 7.0, SAP SCM 7.0, SAP PLM 7.0, SAP SRM 7.0.

Check from above which product you are using as production system.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Please login in your PRD system and go to SCC4 . How many clients are there ?

If there is 2 clients wth productice mode , then it also be treated as a two production servers.

    Please check your systems
