Master Password issue after installation

I have recently come across an installation of web disptacher on Win 2K8 R2. In group policy for this system, the enforce complex passwords is set to disabled.

As a result, the system is installed but master password is very trivial. I'll need to change the master password and every place this is associated.

I am looking for help on which areas will have to be changed apart from SAPServiceSID / SIDADM / DAAADM ?
