ODS Activation hex23 (#)

Hi Guys,

got another tricky case.

The activation of an ODS failed due to the usage of '#' for transaction data values in the source system copa. The ODS is available for reporting, therefor the sid's are checked, which causes the error according to the SLG1 Log.

If I understand OSS 173241 correctly '#' can never be permitted in RSKC in SAP BW.

Can I change the ODS Settings so its not available for reporting anymore even though data is loaded and will I be able to activate the data?

After that I would change the upload rules in the data targets to deal with the '#'.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

    Tried it! worked!

    I addition I added cleansing routines in the upload rules from ODS to Data targets to save the ODS data and additional routines in the transferrules to save the active delta!
