error on clicking room related links

hi

I am getting error on clicking Room Related links as below

'The specified root item cannot be retrieved from the configuration. Correct the entry before trying again'.

can anyone tell what is the problem and solution.

    Hi Kantha,

    which room related links? Do you mean one of the links within iView "Related Links" when being within a room? (E.g. "Room Content Search", "Project Members", "Project Roles", for project room template).

    And the template used is a standard template or did you create you own?

      hi,

      I do get the below error when ever i click room related links.

      'The specified root item cannot be retrieved from the configuration. Correct the entry before trying again'.

      Since Room Backend configuration is not done, Room Administration is not working like room creation, etc.,

      Even the room backend configuration link is also showing the above error.

      So what changes need to make and where to correct this

      problem?
