SAP Credit management, F.35 Tcode Output.

Hi gurus,

I require your expert help in understanding the 'Balance Per control Area' section of the output screen of the Tcode F.35 .

Under 'Balance per control Area' the Balance column shows the total open items for the customer. But the '6M Bal' shows a value just the double of the open item. while the 'Period 6-M' is 3 and Year 2011. 'Period 12-' is 3 and Year 2011.

1) Please help me understand what

6M Bal.

Period 6-M

12 Month Bal and

Period 12-

2) Also Please help me understand how these figures are populated.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Credit Master Sheet

The credit master sheet is used to display and print the customer master data of an individual account, which is needed in the area of credit management. It can thus be used for information and documentation.

The credit master sheet displays the following customer information:

Address data and communication data from the customer master

All important fields from the credit management master (customer credit data)

Total of the open deliveries, orders and billing documents

Credit management central data: The current defined credit limit, upper and lower credit limits, currency, and the date of the last customer information.

Payment history on a control area level

Balance in every company code belonging to the control area

Days in arrears of the open items in all company codes belonging to the control area.

These days in arrears are displayed as intervals which you enter in the selection criteria. You define the days in arrears intervals in Customizing for Credit Management (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable) in the activity >Credit Management: Define intervals for days in arrears in credit management

    Hai Ficoguy,

    Use T CODE: F.31

and in this report you have layout in the bottom

Credit Overview : to list the customer and here instead of 6M , 12 M balance you can make 0-30 days , 31- 60 days ... with due and Noe due listing.

Texts: U can include customer Credit limit, horizon date, credit limit used .

Due item will be calculated as per the

    Invoice - payment terms

and in case invoice made on

1 July and having payment terms 30 days credit

and on 1 August payment terms 30 days

    in F.31

    system display

Customer number and in the Due items system show the value invoice made in 1 July

and in NOT due it will show the invoice made in 1 August.

This report can be used a customer invoice ageing report.

And this is a online report.
