I have Configured Absences Like Casual Leave, Sick Leave ,Earned Leave,Maternity Leave and Unpaid Leaves.I Configured Deduction Rules for CL,EL,ML, SL and assigned to Counting Classes. I configured Counting Classes only for Unpaid Leave.but when i am trying to give Unpaid Leaves for employee, it is showing error Like
NO DEDUCTION RULE IN COUNTING CLASS 003 FOR ***** Employee on that Particular Date. Here 003 is Unpaid Leave Counting Class .Why this error came.if any one knows tell me what steps i follow
Thanks
Hi Mrudula,
Can you clear that your unpaid leave is a quota or unlimited.
if it is quota as per that u need to maintain Deduction rule.
Just check ....you might have maintained deduction rule in the counting rule.
Just check the Tables for your absence type.
Thank you
