How to add a report/transaction to the SAP EASY ACCESS - USER MENU

Hi all ,

I am a new abapper . well , I created a report . Made a transaction for that using SE93 .

Now , I want to know how would I add that transaction to the SAP EASY ACCESS -USER MENU .

Not to the favorites , but to an already existing "MASTER" folder which contains 3 sub nodes which are 1)create 2)display 3)change. Now I want to add a 4th one to it sayin "Pool accounts" . What should I do?

Please reply ASAP ..

I read that post earlier . Thanks for mentioning it though .

But when i do that .. this is what happns .

My current User menu where I have to add my report is sumthn lik :-

"Master" which contains

1)create

2)display

3)change

But after going to se43 when i try the edit the area menu for Master i.e LE_MASTER

it shows something like :-

warehouse

transportation

partner

material

conditions

output

which is not there in the SAP EASY ACCESS USER MENU .

I am sorry if it is a silly question , but I am new to this , so having problems .

To add your transaction in the user menu, you need to add it to the profile of the user (trx PFCG)

Hi

U can enhance the SAP Menu by transaction SE43N, but the USER MENU is generated by profiles assigned to the user (PFGC)

But my user menu where I have to put my report does not contain the sub nodes as I see in SE43(EDIT MODE) for the same "MASTER"

Does it have to do something with roles ? I hope not , coz I don not want to create a new role . but add to existing Master .

path is

User menu --> master --> pools account ( my report)

Hi

you don't need to create a new one, but just to update an old one

U should check the user roles by transaction SU01, and so to add the new trx to an old rule

what do i put there
