NO OUTPUT

Hi Guys,

I tried out the example for Web Dynpro which says :

Creating Your First Dynpro Application.

I did everything as mentioned in the PDF.When I "deploy and Run" the application a web browser is opened but nothing is displayed. Its a blank page with the status bar displaying "Done".

I also tried using the example file given by SAP(downloaded from SDN).Same problem.

Pls let me know how to rectify what is missing.

Appreciate your help greatly.

Thanks.

Harsha

      Hello Harsh,

If you expand the windows element under your WD component you should have a window that was created when you created the component. Also when you create the component you have the option of embedding a default view ("embed new view" checkbox.) Your view needs to be under that window. if it is, then double click on it and it should open, then navigate to the properties on the bottom window (where you have a tab for "tasks","j2ee engine"..etc) there you should see the first property called default and the value needs to be set to "true" to become your default view.

      Hope that helps,

      Wael
