SQLPLUS-->> libhasgen10.so not found

I'm getting below error after system rebuild with new sid on a sandbox system.

When I login as SIDADM I'm getting following error, but using ORASID it is fine.

Enter user-name:

/usr/lib/hpux64/dld.so: Unable to find library 'libhasgen10.so'.

ERROR:

ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact

Please advice.
