CE7.2 integration with MDM 7.1

I am trying to establish a connection between CE7.2 and MDM7.1. I have created a destination for MDM with CE7.2 and when I try to connect to MDM server in MDM Web Dynpro configuration manager, I am getting an error saying, "cannot find host or MDM server".

Anyone please advise me with a solution.
