Error when I want Create course in the portal LSO

Dear.

Anyone Know What is the cause of the following error when I want create courses in the portal LSO in the moment of press the button Save

! Course could not be created

! Web-Based Training could not be created.

! External relationship could not be edited (->T77EV)

The Path for reproduce the issue is:

Course Administration>Courses>

Schedule a Course Date

Search in course Catalog--> I select a Course Catalog

Press the button start-->

Ok.

Save

Please check if you have maintained the no. ranges for LSO objects and participation correctly in backend.

Please check T77EV and compare it from client 000 system.

Are the entries same as in client 000 ?

Seems that there is an incorrect entry in this table.

Please check this way.
