unrestrichet to unresticted , plant to plant transfer is possible??

Dear Friends,

we are producing finish goods at plant -1K (that is manufacturing plant)

after manufacturing it will be transferd to plant-1P (central plant){under quality inspection}

now my clent is asking he wants to this material to plant-1K (sales plant) {under quality inspection}

means it is no where going to unrestricted , is it possible.
