trainign and Event Mnaagemnet- Correspondence

Hi Experts

I was trying to create the correspondence manually. I was unable to change the logo of the correspondence. In uploading Tiff file format (RSTXLDMC) i am getting the well known error of baseline tiff version 6.0 is only accepted.

I am unable to convert my tiff format (5 version) to version 6.

I was trying to upload the graphocs by SE78 and then pull it to the form via SE71.

I am putting the folliowing inputs in PP40 -

Activity BOKF,

Notification Abbr. FIX

The form that is automatically coming as an output is HR_ALL_FIX

I can find that in Window "header" window has to be changed.

Apart from ABAP help can it be solved?
