Error ABAP stack - Proxy Client

Config ECC

From the Client Proxy it is sent to dest: // HPIDCLNT100 (transaction SXMSIF)

1- Error : INTERFACE_REGISTRATION_ERROR

Then delete the dest://HPIDCLNT100 and start giving another error

2- Error INTERNAL.PROXY_NOT_ALLOWED_ON_IS, Proxy calls are not permitted on sender or receiver side on the IS (client)

With respect to error 1, which may be missing from the PI side set that messages do not reach the ABAP stack?

Because deleting the dest: // HPIDCLNT100 stops working, I'm running error 2
