    Hello Sree

Function HRHAP_GET_DOCUMENT_DETAIL -> "Process Part Appraisal Data"

CALL FUNCTION 'HRHAP_C_IT5022_READ', CALL FUNCTION 'HRHAP_C_IT5023_READ'

Check FM HRHAP_GET_DOCUMENT_LIST which may help you...

Is there any specific reason why you are looking for an aletrnative FM?

    Thanks and Kind Regards

    Hi,

in performance management (or any other application using the appraisal engine) the central function modules are HRHAP_TEMPLATE_GET_DETAIL and HRHAP_DOCUMENT_GET_DETAIL. There is no way around that, unless you have a very specific requirement, in that case it might be that there is a FM you can use instead.

So, what are you trying to achieve?
