WMS/PP: Immediate TO Creation ?

Dear All,

Had an inquiry on GR for process order. WMS comes into picture, because the receiving plant is warehouse managed.

User reported that, when confirmation is done (via CORK) for the process order, transfer requirement and transfer order should be automatically created. However, in this case, TR was generated but TO was not. As a result, under LS26 user saw stock under the GR interim bin.

I have checked the configuration, where MM movement type(101) mapping to WMS movement type(105), for GR base on process order is in place. Activated with auto background TO creation.

[ Logistic Execution > WM > Interfaces > Define Movement Type ]

Next for testing purpose, GR was perform on another process order - but this time, a manual GR was done. Using MIGO, movement type 101. After saving, Material document is checked. And its found tha the TR and TO were all automatically generated. In terms of movement type mapping --- no difference is seen when compare to Material Doc. generated due to CORK.

Appreciate if you could shed lights on this matter. Does the difference in tcode led to this ?

Based on the requirement we are created TR AND TO Automatically Or else Manual creation. Normally Using Background creation For TR And TO.

For immediate TO you follow the below steps.

LE--> WM --> Activities --> Set up Automatic To Creation Or Else you may use Using T.Code OMLR & OMLJ Assigning Immediate TO Creation A For relevant Movement Type.

This will generate the TR & TO automatically once you post the document.

Auto TO / Immediate TO.

There are two ways to create auto TO.

In your case you have done the Auto TO creation setting which you required to runs additional program RLAUTA10 to convert TRs to TO in background.

For immediate TO you follow the below steps.

In OMLR Assign Immediat TO creation ''A' for relevant mvt type

In OMLJ - Tick both ( To item confirmation & Propose confiramation) check boxes under confirmation field group

THis will generate the TR & TO automatically once you post the document

Hi

Check your assignment for your warehouse against the refeference movement type and warehouse movement type.

It should be like this, for a warehouse in LE -WM interface to IM

001 101 F 103 X A 01

Normally 103 will be the Warehouse movement type for GR to production order and 101 will be the reference movement type.
