Xcelsius Components not visible Preview

Hi.

I have a big problem with my xcelsius 2008 Fix Pack 3.4, when i want to see the preview dashboard the components disapear.

I did a new xcelsius with only one component (scorecard) without connections and the problem is the same. I have re-installed xcelsius, live office and Adobe flash player but nothing. Yesterday, I didn't have this problem.

Please help!
