Hi Gurus
I have a process order in WIP on transaction KKAO.
When i run KKAO i have a positive value on columns WIP(Cumul) and WIP(Period ) ,two values are equals.
I don't know what is the problem, other similar process orders have value zero on column WIP(Cumul) and WIP(Period )
Can you help me ?
Thanks in advance
Regards
Hi
Are you getting any error for this Process order.. If no, please ignore it
On selection screen of KKAO, check "Hide orders where WIP = 0"... You wont see them again

Hi
OK, now I got your intention... Here is the answer
WIP Cum means Total WIP over all the periods...
WIP Per means current period WIP
WIP (Cum) - WIP (Per)
100 - 100 (This happens in 1st month i.e. when WIP is generatedfor the 1st time on a Prod order)
200 - 100 (this means 100 is added in 2nd month to WIP and Total WIP is 200)
0 - (-200) - This means Order is now complete and WIP is reversed in current period.. Hence total WIP is zero)
0 - 0 (This means Order has no values posted on to it and/or there is no WIP on that order)
Hope this helps

Hi Ajay
Thanks a lot for your answer.
I explain more deeply my problem.
The Basic start date on process order is 20.07.2011 the finish start date is 21.07.2011 ,the value on two columns is i.e. 36000 USD.
The transaction KKAO has been run in august .
If i have understood what you are saying this happened only because this is 1st month after that process order has been created .
Is this a normal situation?
Regards
Dear Paolo,
Whenever we set the status of the order to DLV, normally, next time when you execute the WIP calculation, system will calculate the reversal of WIP and do post the same when we do the settlement.
we need to ensure that we are executing WIP transaction and subsequently settlement.
Kind Reards
