Error in KE30

Dear Experts,

Please help, I tried to execute one COPA report. But I got velow error.

*Variable Period must be greater than or equal to 003*

*Message no. KY251*

*Diagnosis*

*The variable is used in a 'From'/'To' entry in the form. Your entry would mean that the 'From' value was greater than the 'To' value. This is not allowed.*

*Procedure*

*Check where the variable appears in the form and change you entry.*

*Display form*

Please help to advise.

You can also check, before executing the report if the FROM value is not lesser than the TO value.

Hi Izzat,

Please check, are you executing the report only for one period that is '3' & if so did you fill up the value as below:

From: 3

To: Blank

if it is so than because of 3 is greater than blank you are getting tis error.

Please, in this case put the copy the value of 'from' to 'TO' like:

From: 3

to:3

Have you kept the field TO blank?

if so, could you copy the same value into "to" field from the 'from' field.

Goto transaction KE30 & there you would see fields From & TO.

Hi,

Check the customizing for your report. Go to KE32, select the form and check the tab variables.

Probably you might have given in From Period : 03 2011 & in to period 02 2001.

The To Period should be after from period.
