Duplicate records message in BPS

Hi,

When you enter duplicate records in BPS, an error message is issued. Can this message be removed for a specific BPS layout/characterictic value ?

Is this message included in UPC_BW_DATA_SAVE ?

    Hello David,

    The message cannot be removed (or only if you do a system modification). If you have two columns in a layout with the same defiition and a user enters different numbers - which one should the system use? Because of this problem it is forbidden to use multiple identical rows.
