EWM/ LE with WM/ EWM with SCM- which has more demand?

Dear All,

I am SAP MM Certified Consultant and having exposure to LE and WM.

I am planning to go for one of the Certifications from the below list. Could any one of you please let me know which certification has more demand and more value?

1. C_TSCM12_65 SAP Certified Application Associate - Extended Warehouse Management with SAP SCM 7.0 EHP1

2. C_TSCM66_65 SAP Certified Application Associate - Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5

3. P_EWMWM_65 SAP Certified Application Professional - Extended Warehouse Management with SAP SCM 7.0 EHP1 and Warehouse Management with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5
