Uploading data in UKM_BP and UDM_BP

May I know what's the best approach or tool to use in uploading additional data for tcode UKM_BP and UDM_BP?

I Know its Pretty late to respond for this post.

EDT is the best tool to upload data for UKM_BP.

SPRO->Cross Application ->SAP Business Partner-> External Data transfer.

UKM_BP : Adding additional data mean how to upload external rating to BP ?

UDM_BP : Adding additional data mean how to assign collection profile & group to BP ?

UKM_BP : Yup, we need to upload some data/info where rating should be based.

and for

UDM_BP : yes again, we need to assign collection profile & group to BP.

can we use LSMW in this process? but if we use LSMW we can't process the transaction in background.

should we create a custom abap program to upload needed data/info?

Hi ,

I donu2019t think so you required LSMW here.

UDM_BP : You need to do Zmodeling For assigning collection profile & group.

For assigning collection profile to BP you can use function module for automatic assignment of profile, and for that you have maintain some logic.

For Assigning collection Group maintain some custom table with all groups & you have to maintain some logic here for applying appropriate collection group to BP by using Function module you retrieve appropriate collection group for a BP.

UKM_BP : which rating agency are you using for getting credit data Ex : D & B , SCHUFA, or Creditreform. I would like to know the process frequency to advise you further if I can.

for UKM_BP we have a customer data needs to be populated and then score from credit profile tab will be automatically calculated.... we're looking the best way to ppulate those customer data.....

Create a score card & assign to BP this will calculate risk score & credit limit . Then customer risk score will determine risk class.

But on the general data of the customer lets say we created some custom fields that needs to be populated, in that case we need a way on how we will handle mass upload of data.. is there any bapi or f that we can use to upload data or we go with LSMW?
