I receive the following error when attempting to save a BI OnDemand Crystal report to Microsoft Word (97 - 2003) format:
"Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator. RCIRAS0546 "
This report has processed and saved correctly and without errors in the past. Does this issue have anything to do with our upgrade to Salesforce Summer 11? If so how do I resolve this issue? Is there an Bi OnDemand update or patch for this issue?
