All I need some help on this one... how can I redirect a request that is stuck either because WF did not find an agent or either because the agent in question is on holidays and we need to get this request approved?
Do we need to cancell the request or can we manually manipulate thw wf?

Hello,
3 possible solutions, choose based on situation;
1. Forward the request to another approver as suggested above. (Request will be at the same stage)
2. Set delegation approver (this will help if approver is on holidays)
3. Re-route the request. (apt when request escaped due to no agent found)

You can, with Workflow Admin access, search for the request, open it in adminstration mode and then forward the request to another approver and/or stage, as long as the MSMP path setting has been made to allow this.

You can try to search for the request and then using the Administrator button try to forward the request to the appropriate approver. You need to have Administrator access.
