Automatic refreshing of Workbooks

Hi All,

I am working on BW 3.0B.

Our Client has a workbook that he wants refreshed every morning after the nightly ETL is complete. After the refresh, the workbook needs to be moved to a common document folder. Is there any way to automate this? We tried the reporting agent, but that works only for Web templates.

Any suggestions/solns will be of great help.

    Have you considered Download Scheduler functionalities? It let's you downlaod in XLS format ... for more detailed info see Reporting Agent in SAPNET (http://service.sap.com/bw -> InfoIndex)
