Regarding RG1 updation with RMA andROP & IDH for ISSUES

Hi,

I just want to know that after declaring finished product in production what are the step by which RG1 is get updated with quantity & what are the steps by which Rg1 get upadated for goods issue

In J1I5 when should we use RMA, ROP & when should we use IDH

plese explain in brief

After production u need to run J1I5 for RG1 with RMA to update the stock into RG1 Register.

After Goods Issue u should reduce the stock in RG1 using IDH.

ROP is to be used when there are any other movements that take place that may affect the RG1 register. For E.g at the time of initial upload of FG into the system you will run MB1c with 561 movement type. This will be visile when you run with ROP. ROP usage should be restricted and only used under special circumstances only.

However u must maintain the Movement types in the customization settings in CIN Settings.
